Roland E-36 Key Contact Strip Replacement

The Rubber Key Contact Strip for the ROLAND E-36 synthesizer comes with 12 keys per strip. It’s usually the primary component to replace when one or more keys fail to function properly.

If some of the keys on your synthesizer aren't working, it’s often due to a defective key contact strip. These strips contain rubber with carbon contact points located under each key. Over time, wear and tear or frequent use can cause certain keys to stop working or require extra pressure to trigger. While usually, only a few keys may be affected, it’s recommended to replace the entire contact strip to prevent further issues with your vintage synthesizer.
