This Rubber Key Contact Strip is designed for the ROLAND E-70 synthesizer and features 12 keys per strip. It’s the standard part to replace when keys fail to trigger.

In many cases where certain keys don’t work, the issue lies with one or more faulty key contact strips. These strips, made of rubber with carbon contact points, sit underneath the keys. With frequent use or aging, they can become worn, leading to keys that need extra pressure or don’t respond at all. While you may notice just a few faulty keys, it’s better to replace all of the key contact strips at once, as other strips might fail soon after.
